Mitch Albritton - Principal Technical Manager, Olefins

Mitch Albritton has over 25 years of technical, business, and leadership experience in the downstream petrochemical industry, with most of his career focused on Olefins and performance improvement activities. As a Principal Technical Manager, Olefins, Mitch works to enhance the technical scope, benchmarking methodology, and calculations of the Worldwide Olefin Plant Performance Analysis (Olefin Study). He specializes in providing Solomon clients with deeper insights by conceptualizing and implementing changes to study scope, metrics, and deliverables to address current and future industry challenges. Mitch graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.

Jeffery Nichols - Senior Advisor

Jeffery Nichols serves as a key member of the Solutions Delivery Team, providing Solomon clients with insights in the areas of benchmarking (retroactive analysis) and process improvement (proactive evaluation) for the Olefin and Power & Utilities business areas. He has over 24 years of chemical and energy industry experience and holds a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. In his current role, Jeffery engages with clients to solicit process and performance data, collaborating with the Solomon data analysis team to evaluate information and construct comparison metrics. Through his analytical expertise, he identifies economic gaps, develops actionable insights, and delivers corporate presentations that drive performance improvement initiatives.
